WWT has a 48 hour cancellation policy for cancelling/rescheduling any appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment past the 48 hour policy, you’ll be charged for 30% of the service scheduled for late cancel/reschedule. Please be mindful of the time frames you are choosing to ensure you are able to make the appointment. This fee is not applied to future appointments. Thank you for understanding.
